Under Mail Server (Incoming) type "mailserver.lhhosting.com"
Under LOGIN, type in your full e-mail address. (Ex: john@example.com)
Under SMTP Server (outgoing), type in the name of your outgoing e-mail server (ex. smtp.myisp.com). Your SMTP host is generally "smtp." Followed by the domain name of your ISP (ex. smtp.myisp.com).
