SPAM Policy. LightHouse Hosting maintains a strict and inflexible policy regarding the use of their servers and network to send or promote unsolicited Email (SPAM). This web page not only describes the policy in detail, it also defines what LightHouse Hosting considers SPAM, acceptable mail and unacceptable mail. All customers of LightHouse Hosting are expected to adhere to this policy.

Some Important Forms
On-Line Secure Credit Card / Billing Change Form. This link takes you to a secure area of our web site to allow you to change your current billing or credit card information. No information is stored on our public server. Your billing information is protected on systems not available through the internet.
On-Line Secure Domain / Account Termination Form. This link takes you to a secure area of our web site to allow you to termiante your hosting service on one or more of your domains and products hosted with our company.
Credit card authorization form. If requested by LightHouse Hosting, this download is a PDF file which contains a credit card authorization form. This form should be completed and faxed to LightHouse Hosting. The authorization form has the required instructions.
Dedicated Server Service Agreement. This agreement must be signed by the individual ordering a dedicated server from LightHouse Hosting. Only one agreement is needed per customer. Additional servers do not require a signed contract agreement.

Outlook 2000 Email Syncronization tool. This tool can be installed on your Microsoft Windows computer system and will allow the user to syncronize your local Outlook mail, contacts, calendar, tasks lists, and notes with our web based Email system.
Outlook 2003 or higher Email Syncronization tool. This tool can be installed on your Microsoft Windows computer system and will allow the user to syncronize your local Outlook mail, contacts, calendar, tasks lists, and notes with our web based Email system.
Pocket PC Email Syncronization tool. This tool can be installed on your Pocket PC and will allow the user to syncronize your local Outlook mail, contacts, calendar, tasks lists, and notes with our web based Email system.
SmartPhone Email Syncronization tool. This tool can be installed on your SmartPhone system and will allow the user to syncronize your local Outlook mail, contacts, calendar, tasks lists, and notes with our web based Email system.

LightHouse Hosting W-9. Generally, you may be required to report to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) any payments made during the course of your trade or business that exceed $600 (or $5,000 in the case of direct sales of consumer products in certain circumstances) on a Form 1099.   If you are engaged in a trade or business, then you must obtain a W-9 form from LightHouse. LightHouse’s W-9 form is used to (1) certify LightHouse’s proper tax identification number and (2) certify to you that LightHouse is a corporation that is exempt from any back-up withholding.  Except in very limited circumstances, you will not be required to supply LightHouse with a Form 1099 for payments you make to LightHouse as long as you have this W-9 form on file.  (See www.irs.gov for further information about Form W-9 and Forms 1099.)
